Fat Loss Plate Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion finely mincemeat
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup quaker old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. if the mixture is not incorporating well you may have to add a teaspoon or two of water. shape into a loaf on a baking tray that has been sprayed with cooking oil or divide into six cupcake tins sprayed with cooking oil. bake between 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven.
  • 2 **be sure to grind oatmeal until it is fine**.
