Fat Loss Plate Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion finely mincemeat
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 cup quaker old fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. if the mixture is not incorporating well you may have to add a teaspoon or two of water. shape into a loaf on a baking tray that has been sprayed with cooking oil or divide into six cupcake tins sprayed with cooking oil. bake between 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven.
- 2 **be sure to grind oatmeal until it is fine**.
