- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon spice essence
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 pound chicken breast to around a 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 dip in bowl of ingredients.
- 4 sprikle lightly with a little more essence.
- 5 throw them on the grill on medium heat turning only once until done.
