Garlic Sesame T-bones Or Porterhouse Steaks

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tender steaks, 1-inch thick
- 2 -4 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 in ziploc baggie, combine first 5 ingredients.
- 2 add steaks, turn bag over and over to coat both sides of each steak well.
- 3 marinate in fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
- 4 heat broiler, remove steaks from bag saving marinade.
- 5 place steaks on lightly geased broiler pan.
- 6 spoon half of the marinade on steaks.
- 7 broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
- 8 turn steaks over, top with rest of marinade, and broil 4-5 minutes longer for medium rare.
- 9 plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
- 10 *let rest 5 minutes before eating.
- 11 you can also slice this thinly and serve over rice or make wraps.
- 12 these can also be cooked on a grill.
