Filipino Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steaks (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add beef.
  • 2 seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. coat grill.
