Crock Pot Crab Dip

Ingredients

- 12 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans lump crabmeat
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- salt
- fresh chives, minced, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 combine the cream cheese and whipping cream in the slow cooker.
- 2 cover and heat on high until the cheese is melted, about 45 minutes.
- 3 add the parmesan cheese, crab meat, onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, and garlic and stir thoroughly.
- 4 cover; cook on high for 30 minutes.
- 5 shortly before serving, add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
- 6 salt to taste.
- 7 sprinkle the top with fresh minced chives as a garnish.
