Crock Pot Coke Brisket

Ingredients

• 4 lbs beef brisket
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1/4 cup hot water
• salt & pepper
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package spaghetti sauce mix
• 1 cup coca-cola
