Easy Skillet Beef & Hash Browns

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can campbell's condensed cream of celery soup (10 3/4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups frozen, diced potatoes (, , hash browns)
  • 3 slices process american cheese (about 3 ounces)

Recipe

  • 1 in medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.
  • 2 pour off fat.
  • 3 add soup, water, ketchup and worcestershire.
  • 4 heat to a boil.
  • 5 stir in potatoes.
