Ingredients

- 1/2 lb salt lamb, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked potato, diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups dried split peas
Recipe
- 1 bring all ingredients to a boil, except potatoes.
- 2 on med heat, cover and simmer until peas are tender approx 15 minutes. add potatoes. cook another 5 minutes.
- 3 ready to serve.
