Brown Sugar Kielbasa

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cut kielbasa into 1 inch pieces.
  • 3 cut bacon strips in half.
  • 4 wrap each piece of kielbasa with 1 piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • 5 place bacon-wrapped sausage pieces standing up on end in a foil-lined pan .
  • 6 generously sprinkle the brown sugar all over the sausage pieces.
  • 7 bake until bacon is done to desired crispness, usually about 25-30 minutes.
