- 1 lb kielbasa
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cut kielbasa into 1 inch pieces.
- 3 cut bacon strips in half.
- 4 wrap each piece of kielbasa with 1 piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- 5 place bacon-wrapped sausage pieces standing up on end in a foil-lined pan .
- 6 generously sprinkle the brown sugar all over the sausage pieces.
- 7 bake until bacon is done to desired crispness, usually about 25-30 minutes.
