Ingredients
- 1 lb lean meat, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except meat in a large ziploc bag.
- 2 shake to combine.
- 3 add sliced meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
- 4 dry in dehydrator for about 5 hours.
