Broiled Irish Sirloin

Ingredients
- 5 (8 ounce) thick-cut sirloin steaks
- 1/2 cup fat-free margarine, melted
- pepper, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- 2 cups guinness stout
- 2 cups coca-cola
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
Recipe
- 1 mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a secure lid.
- 2 using the tines of a fork, pierce the steaks on both sides several times.
- 3 drown steak in marinade, cover tightly, and chill overnight.
- 4 set the oven to broil, and line a large baking pan with foil.
- 5 remove the steak from the marinade, and set it aside.
- 6 place steaks in pan, and brush with half of margarine. broil 6 inches from the heat source for 8 minutes.
- 7 turn steaks, and brush with remaining margarine. broil additional 5 minutes.
- 8 brush steaks with remaining marinade; broil 2 minutes and remove from oven.
- 9 season steaks to taste with pepper and sea salt.
