Dahi Meat (mutton In Yogurt)

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 150 ml curds
- 3 cardamoms
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 150 ml cold water
- 2 teaspoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 450 g lamb, cubed
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil and fry the onion until soft.
- 2 stir in the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cardamom and garam masala.
- 3 add the meat and fry until browned.
- 4 stir in the tomato purée, salt, water and cornflour and curd. bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
- 5 serve with rice.
