Crock Pot Cranberry Lamb Roast

Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless lamb loin roast
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place roast in slow cooker.
- 2 in medium bowl mash cranberry sauce;stir in sugar, juice, mustard and cloves.
- 3 pour over roast. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
- 4 remove roast and keep warm. skim fat from juices.
- 5 measure 2 cups of the cooking liquid adding water if necessary;pour in a saucepan.
- 6 bring to a boil and thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water.
- 7 season with salt and pepper. serve with sliced lamb.
