Ginger Butter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • salt
  • butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (1 1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, finely minced

Recipe

  • 1 use a fork to cream all the ingredients to gether, cover and store in fridge or freeze until you want to use it.
