Frosted Flake Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lbs roasting chickens, cut up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups frosted flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 dip chicken in melted butter.
  • 2 roll chicken in frosted flakes, garlic and pepper.
  • 3 place pieces of chicken skin side up not touching on a greased cookie sheet. sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
