Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs roasting chickens, cut up
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups frosted flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 dip chicken in melted butter.
- 2 roll chicken in frosted flakes, garlic and pepper.
- 3 place pieces of chicken skin side up not touching on a greased cookie sheet. sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
