Crown Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
• 1/3 cup of chopped green pepper
• 1 (3/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix
• 1 1/4 cups hot water
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash garlic powder
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 425°f.
• 2 brown beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently; drain fat.
• 3 add next 6 ingredients.
• 4 bring to boil.
• 5 remove from heat, stir in mayo.
• 6 place mixture in casserole dish.
• 7 flatten biscuits slightly and arrange overlapping around the edge of casserole.
• 8 brush biscuits with additional mayo.
• 9 put in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until heated and biscuits are browned.
