• 1 lb sheep meat, cut into cubes
• 1 anaheim chili, seeded and diced
• 1 yellow onion, quartered
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1/4 cup sherry wine
• 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

• 1 add all ingredients to crockpot. cook on low 8 hours. serve with mashed potatoes and sour cream, or as desired.
