Crock-pot Hungarian Goulash

Total Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except sour cream in the bottom of slow-cooker.
  • 2 cover and cook for 8 - 18 hours on low.
  • 3 add sour cream to slow-cooker 10 minutes before serving.
  • 4 serve over noodles.
