Crab Louis

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • lettuce leaf

Recipe

  • 1 blend mayo, chili sauce, parsley, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and horseradish together.
  • 2 toss lightly with crabmeat; refrigerate until chilled.
  • 3 serve crab salad on bed of lettuce leaves.
