- 4 country ribs
- 2 lbs fresh sauerkraut, in the bag
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 place country ribs into an oven proof casserole pan, cover and bake for 2-3 hours. this can also be put into a crock pot on low in the morning, by the time you are off work and ready for dinner they will be so tender they just fall apart.
