George Foreman Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 1. mix together all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 2. cover chicken with the marinade, and store in the refrigerator for 1-8 hours.
- 3 3. grill chicken and serve. (i use the george foreman grill).
