Fettuccini With Basil Turkey And Walnuts

Ingredients

- 9 ounces fresh fettuccini noodles
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until almost tender, about 2-3 minutes. drain well.
- 2 add cream, turkey, basil and cheese to the pot.
- 3 cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very hot and well blended.
- 4 add pasta and walnuts and cook, tossing 1-2 minutes until heated through.
