Ingredients

- 8 ounces ground turkey breast
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can recipe-style stewed tomatoes (with juices)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Recipe
- 1 lightly spray an unheated large saucepan with no-stick spray.
- 2 add the turkey, onions, green peppers, and garlic.
- 3 cook until the turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- 4 add the beans, tomatoes with juices, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
- 5 bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
