Easy Chili

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can recipe-style stewed tomatoes (with juices)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 lightly spray an unheated large saucepan with no-stick spray.
  • 2 add the turkey, onions, green peppers, and garlic.
  • 3 cook until the turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 add the beans, tomatoes with juices, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
  • 5 bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
