- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium onions (coarse chop)
- 2 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- to taste additional salt, to taste, when simmering
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and 1 tsp. salt.
- 2 add onions and cook until onions are limp.
- 3 add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
