Easy Beef Skillet Supper

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to package directions.
- 2 cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain.
- 3 add tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil.
- 4 reduce heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
- 5 drain the noodles and add to beef mixture.
- 6 mix in the corn, salt and pepper.
- 7 sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
