Crowned Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 can cream-style corn
• 1 small onion, chopped fine
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 8 -10 crackers, crushed (i like ritz or cheese)
• 6 lamb chops
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix together the corn, onion, eggs and crackers.
• 2 brown the chops on one side.
• 3 season the unbrowned side and then turn and brown other side.
• 4 move to baking dish.
• 5 mound corn mixture on top of each chop.
• 6 cover.
• 7 bake 1 hour at 350.
