Crock-pot Lasagna - Sherri Griffin

Ingredients
- 10 -12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 28 ounces ragu hearty robusto pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 break noodles into pieces. cook according to package directions and drain.
- 2 brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
- 3 put ground beef, noodles and remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well. cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
