Creamy Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 lamb chops, trimmed (2-inches thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 -2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  • 2 in a large skillet, let the oil get hot over med-high heat; brown the chops 2 minutes on each side.
