Ingredients

- 4 -6 lamb chops, trimmed of fat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle catalina dressing
Recipe
- 1 combine onion, garlic and dressing in the bottom of a crock pot.
- 2 add chops, one at a time, pushing each chop into the mixture then flipping it over.
- 3 cover and cook on low 5-7 hours.
