Ham & Vegetable Omelet

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 cup cooked ham
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 2 green onions with tops
- 1 pinch oregano
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 for each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 t. water, then season.
- 2 over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter.
- 3 pour in beaten eggs.
- 4 when cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath.
- 5 when fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute.
