Ham & Vegetable Omelet

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup cooked ham
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 green onions with tops
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 for each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 t. water, then season.
  • 2 over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter.
  • 3 pour in beaten eggs.
  • 4 when cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath.
  • 5 when fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute.
