Ham & Potato Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 18 inches pie crusts
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cheese, cubed
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 arrange one pie crust in a 9" pie pan.
  • 2 boil potatoes in water until tender, drain.
  • 3 spread into pie crust, add ham and cheese.
  • 4 pour eggs on top, cover with remaining crust.
  • 5 pinch crusts together, vent top crust.
  • 6 bake at 400 for 45 to 50 minutes.
