Ingredients
- 18 inches pie crusts
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 1/2 cup cheese, cubed
- 4 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 arrange one pie crust in a 9" pie pan.
- 2 boil potatoes in water until tender, drain.
- 3 spread into pie crust, add ham and cheese.
- 4 pour eggs on top, cover with remaining crust.
- 5 pinch crusts together, vent top crust.
- 6 bake at 400 for 45 to 50 minutes.
