Garlic-lime Chicken With Olives

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • cooking spray
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half (*)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pitted and sliced greek olive, such as kalamata

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 cover a roasting pan with cooking spray.
