Ingredients
- 1 chicken, whole
- 10 1/2 ounces yoghurt
- 1/2 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mint leaf, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 divide chicken into pieces.
- 2 fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
- 3 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 4 season with salt and pepper and place in a baking pan.
- 5 mix yoghurt with egg and cornstarch until smooth.
- 6 pour over chicken pieces.
- 7 cover and bake at 350 degrees f for 30 minutes.
- 8 finely chop mint leaves and mix into yoghurt after 20 minutes.
- 9 serve with vegetables and rice.
