Egyptian Style Fatah (rice, Meat, Crispy Bread, Vinegar, Garlic)

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 kg meat, cut in cubes and boiled
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 pita bread
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 put pita bread in the oven for 3 minutes till it becomes crispy.
  • 2 break into bite size pieces, put in a glass baking dish.
  • 3 pour the soup (about 1 cup) from the boiled meat in the baking dish over the crispy bread.
  • 4 add the cooked rice over the bread.
  • 5 sprinkle a lot of black pepper over the rice.
