Easy Microwave Meatloaf

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumb
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. set aside.
  • 2 in large mixing bowl, combine eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt, and pepper.
