Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 combine imitation crabmeat, rice, and eggs in a large bowl.
- 2 stir in mayonnaise. if salad seems dry add more mayo.
- 3 cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
