Crock Pot Sweet :n Orange Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 6 lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick,trimmed
• salt and pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, mashed
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 oranges, sliced with peel left on
• 8 ounces orange juice

Recipe

• 1 place lamb chops in crock pot, season with salt and pepper and garlic.
• 2 combine brown sugar and orange juice and pour over chops.
• 3 top with orange slices.
• 4 cover pot and turn on low and cook 6-8 hours.
