Coke Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 6 lamb chops
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup coke

Recipe

• 1 brown the lamb chops in a skillet on medium-high heat.
• 2 place them in a baking dish, sprayed w/nonstick spray, as close to being in a single layer as possible.
• 3 mix ketchup and coke together and pour over chops.
• 4 cover and bake at 375°f for 45 minutes, or until done.
