Ham & Cheese Souffle

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 lightly grease a 9 x 12 pan.
  • 2 spread half the bread cubes in pan.
  • 3 cover with half the ham& cheese.
  • 4 repeat with other half.
  • 5 beat together eggs, milk, salt& pepper.
  • 6 pour over all.
  • 7 refrigerate overnight.
  • 8 bake 45 minutes at 400° in pan of water until set.
  • 9 if it gets too brown, cover with foil.
