Ham & Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 lightly grease a 9 x 12 pan.
- 2 spread half the bread cubes in pan.
- 3 cover with half the ham& cheese.
- 4 repeat with other half.
- 5 beat together eggs, milk, salt& pepper.
- 6 pour over all.
- 7 refrigerate overnight.
- 8 bake 45 minutes at 400° in pan of water until set.
- 9 if it gets too brown, cover with foil.
