Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs ground ham
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.
- 2 make into balls.
- 3 place in a 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
- 5 cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- 6 pour over ham balls.
- 7 bake 40 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until done.
- 8 don't over bake you want to keep these moist.
