Ham Balls

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground ham
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 make into balls.
  • 3 place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 4 combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
  • 5 cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • 6 pour over ham balls.
  • 7 bake 40 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until done.
  • 8 don't over bake you want to keep these moist.
