Ham And Cheese Omelet Bake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 count)
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or your preference of cheese)
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped (turkey bacon can be used)
  • 1 lb canadian bacon, chopped (diced ham can be used)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350* f. spray bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish with cooking spray. cut each biscuit into 8 pieces; arrange evenly in bottom of dish. in large bowl beat eggs and combine remaining ingrediants; stir till well mixed. poor egg mixture over biscuits making sure biscuits are all covered. press biscuits down with spoon if not.
  • 2 bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center is set. let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
