Ham And Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1 (5 ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) container low-fat sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) package low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (6 ounce) package ham or 1 (6 ounce) package turkey ham, diced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425°f; bake potatoes for 50 minutes.
  • 2 in a saucepan place broccoli plus 3 tablespoons water.
