Glazed Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 beat eggs in bowl.
  • 3 stir in milk, crackers, onion, salt, pepper, sage and garlic powder.
  • 4 add beef.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 shape into a loaf in ungreased shallow baking pan.
  • 7 bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
  • 8 spread glaze topping over meatloaf.
  • 9 whatever you have left, keep for dipping of meatloaf.
  • 10 bake for 15-20 minutes longer.
