Garlicky Bacon Smoked Oysters

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 lb bacon, rashers
  • 2 cans smoked oysters
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 cut the bacon strips in thirds.
  • 2 wrap a bacon slice around each oyster and place a toothpick through to hold it in place.
  • 3 in a medium skillet, heat the oil, and add the garlic.
  • 4 cook the wrapped oysters in oil until the bacon is crisp.
  • 5 remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
