Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage, browned and drained or 1 lb little smokies cocktail franks
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 8 slices bread, cut into squares
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients except cheese and put in crock pot.
- 2 sprinkle with cheese.
- 3 cover and cook for approximately 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low.
