Ingredients

- 4 new york strip steaks
- 1 1/2 cups bourbon
- 1 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 gently tenderize steaks with a meat mallet. score the meat on one side with a sharp knife. place in dish or ziplock bag.
- 2 mix bourbon and brown sugar together and pour over steaks. cover dish or seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
- 3 grill to desired doneness.
