Fried Lamb (masas De Puerco Fritas)

Total Time: 4 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 lbs lamb loin
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 12 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt and black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from lamb.
  • 2 combine spices,garlic,onion,green pepper,and olive oil.
  • 3 pour over lamb chunks and set aside for 2 hours or over night.
  • 4 deep fry lamb until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
