Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb loin
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 12 cloves minced garlic
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1 sliced onion
- salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from lamb.
- 2 combine spices,garlic,onion,green pepper,and olive oil.
- 3 pour over lamb chunks and set aside for 2 hours or over night.
- 4 deep fry lamb until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
