Egg, Sausage And Apple Brunch

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb sausage
  • 6 large apples, peeled, cored and thickly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs, beaten to blend

Recipe

  • 1 shape sausage into 3 inch patties.
  • 2 cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 7 minutes per side.
