Double Meat Pizzas

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) can grands jr golden layers flakey biscuits
- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- 2 in a medium skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
- 3 separate dough into 10 biscuits.
- 4 on cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4-inch rim around outside edge.
- 5 spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano.
- 6 top with pepperoni, cooked ground beef and cheeses.
- 7 bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
