Double Meat Pizzas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) can grands jr golden layers flakey biscuits
  • 2/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • 2 in a medium skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • 3 separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  • 4 on cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4-inch rim around outside edge.
  • 5 spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano.
  • 6 top with pepperoni, cooked ground beef and cheeses.
  • 7 bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
