Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs beef roast (or for that matter lamb roast)
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 put roast in crock pot and empty soup mix on the top of the meat.
- 2 add the water.
- 3 cook on low for about 6 hours.
- 4 the soup acts as a meat tenderizer.
- 5 very good roast and makes excellent gravy.
